Returns & Complaints
We want you to be happy with your purchases. If that is unfortunately not the case, the item can be returned within 14 days. The product must be unworn and undamaged and be packaged in the original and undamaged packaging.

Once we have received the item, your return will be processed as soon as possible. You are responsible for an undamaged and tidy return of the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
When approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
As a customer, you are responsible for the return costs of the package.
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange your item. We therefore ask you to return the item in question and place a new order.
Gift voucher and return
If you want to return an item purchased with a gift voucher, a new gift voucher will be issued with the amount of the returned item.
Report a complaint
We do our best to serve you as quickly and as best as possible. Extreme care is taken in the development, quality and execution of our products and services. In the unlikely event that something is wrong, we ask you to report this to us as soon as possible.

Describe the complaint accurately, possibly including a photo, and the date of purchase.
